Food Waste has become a hot topic in the last year, and only getting larger in the media. We are proud to be a part of the group sponsoring the Anthony Bourdain documentary WASTED! On January 28th, at the newly renovated Memorial Hall, we are hosting a big screen experience on this topic.

Many of the people featured in the film are working side by side with us in coming up with innovative ways to solve this issue. We have attended seminars and think tanks with them and look forward to this comprehensive expose. We will be offering light bites and soupes, made from rescued produce, to sample, as well as an amazing panel discussion with local leaders in this field.
