Gender Diversity: The Mr., Ms., Mrs. Miss. and Misses
According to a recent study, 50% of men think women are well represented in companies where 10% of senior leaders are women. 66% of companies have strategies for diversity hiring, but only 25% set gender diversity targets. According to another well-respected study, teams where men and women are equally represented earn 41% more revenue. Given the above, how will we get companies to take gender diversity regarding male vs female into consideration?
Furthermore, how will we get companies to take gender diversity in its truer lens into consideration? There is study after study to support the benefit to companies, employees, customers and communities where diversity is embraced, practiced and inclusive.
This workshop will explore gender diversity, in particular, on a deeper level. We’ll explore the Miss, Ms., Mrs. and misses when it comes to gender diversity in the workplace. Attendees will learn tools and strategies for increasing overall awareness and identify ways to make a difference – both inside and outside the workplace.
