Join our Tribe for a FREE evening of yoga followed by guided discussion. Discussion will be led by guest speaker & Eating Recovery Center Therapist Michelle Piven. Michelle will guide us to examine the thoughts that may negatively impact our ability to live meaningful lives and discuss ways to recognize our minds’ judgments in order to overcome them.
As always, practice is suitable for all yoga experience levels and mats will be provided.
