Kelly Amshoff Schoenhoft of I'mWithKelly will lead us through a 45-minute workout plus provide us with take home exercise instructions to build strength anytime, anywhere. Female-owned Outfit Active is providing 10% off all in store merchandise. ThirtyDrink will provide drinks for hydration, lunch will be provided by Iron Office Nutrition, and Love Sugaring will be on site teaching us all about sugaring.
