Come out play French, double dutch, and single jump rope with us!!! Gabriel’s Place in association with ACDC have partnered to raise Heart Health Awareness in the community of Avondale with a Free Community Event called Jumping for Heart Double Dutch Community Block Party. Saturday, June 30th from 4pm to 8pm.

The objective of the event is to educate the community on the importance of staying fit and active for your heart health while enjoying jump roping. In addition to creating a safe space where the community can interact with local organizations and community leaders.
This one-day fun-filled event will include:
● Jump rope demonstrations and activities
● Heart Craft Activities
● Blood Pressure Screenings
● Information Booths
● Jump rope giveaways
● Live Music
● Free Hot dogs (turkey) Burger (turkey & veggie) water chips
