Join Bridget Tuesday evenings for the month of January starting on the 8th from 7:30-8pm. The room will be nice and warm so wear something comfortable to sit or lie on the floor with. We will do a little breath work, then settle in to a 20-30 minutes of guided to silent meditation. Anyone interested can join us. No need to "be a master at meditating" just seeking some clarity for 2019. Namaste
