'Tis the season for sparkling wine. We will celebrate by tasting through a range of bubbles from all over the world. As you prep for New Year's, learn about the perfect bubbly to help you celebrate! The acidity, effervescence, and complexity of sparkling wines provide the perfect pairing for cheese, from rich triple cream indulgences to nutty, dense mountain cheeses. After it's all said and done, leave with the knowledge you need to create the perfect cheese plate with wine pairings for all of your holiday gatherings!
