first edition features works by 14 local and regional printmakers. This exhibition features a variety of printmaking methods, including monoprints, woodcuts, lithography, relief, and more. Printmaking lends itself to creating art in multiples, making it an artform begging to be shared and distributed with others. This, historically, has led printmaking to be an ideal avenue for artists to share their diverse experiences, creating works centered around the body, identity, and human experience.
