From Sam Pellerito: “I am hosting a tasting and feedback survey for my homemade Soy Sauce brand (To be named later). I will be asking people to blind taste different soy sauces to gauge different tastes and varities. As a bonus I will have homemade Miso Soup to warm your soul. It will be held on the 2nd floor of Union Hall. Food will contain soy and wheat.”
