Hone your culinary skills in the new year. This class will focus on developing dexterity with chef’s knives, so you can cook with even more confidence. Not only will you learn how to properly hold a knife to safely and efficiently slice, chop and dice a variety of ingredients, but also how to sharpen and care for your kitchen knives.
