What is "natural" wine? In this class, we'll discuss what makes a wine "natural" from the vineyards to the cellar. And they'll be paired with cheese!
While the natural wine movement has been around for a while, the concept of "natural" or "real" cheese is fairly new. We'll talk raw vs. pasteurized, farmstead creameries, old world vs. new world cheeses, and eat them too!
