What is yoga, exactly? And how can we effectively practice to better care for ourselves?
Join Good Vibes Tribe Cincinnati for a special afternoon of yoga & self-care. During the course of this workshop, we will explore what self-care looks like through the lens of the eight limbs of yoga. We will redefine what it means to have a “yoga body”, peel back the layers that veil our own hidden truths, and examine the powerful effects of community as integral pieces of self-care methodology.
Through the practice of yogic principles & techniques, it is our Tribe’s intention for each participant to have a personalized understanding of the value of self-care and how to integrate it into daily life.
Good Vibes Tribe Cincinnati is facilitated by co-founders Katie Wagner & Jessica Smith, two women with a mission to promote positive body image through the power of yoga & community. Katie & Jessica have both earned their RYT200 and bring mindful practice into balance through their individual love of yang & yin.
