In the spirit of health and wellness Paloozanoire invites everyone to embark on a short 2 mile hike (approx. 1 hour long). Please review all details and instructions below (highly recommended).
How we'll stay safe:
- Mask or bandana required - if this changes we will notify all who have registered but will likely still encouarge
- We will start hike with at least 6 feet distance between each small group and will mandate the same amount of distance throughout the journey
- After the hike we will gather practicing proper social distancing and enjoy a cool down, hydration and a good stretch before on our way.
Registration:
- We ask that you arrive no later that 9:45 am to get checked in, stretched and warmed up
The Pregame:
- Feel free to join us as early as 9:00 am for music, hydration and warm up
- The hike will start at 10:15 am prompt
About the hike:
- The hike requires no hiking experience
- Not designed for young children

- The hike is 3 miles long and takes approx. 1 hour to complete
- The hike is a combination of hills, decline and flat land - more of a moderate workout rather than a effortless walk
What to wear:
- Workout clothes
- Old gym shoes - something you don't mind getting dirty
- Hiking boots if you have them
What to bring - encouraged not required
- Bug repellent
- Towel for wipe down
