Women of Cincy Gift Guide: Spring 2019
It’s my first spring in Cincinnati, and as the weather is breaking, so is my bank account – mainly because the supply of talented, inspiring creators in this city is in no short supply. I’m looking forward to spending the season uncovering all of the Queen City’s hidden, women-powered gems. Here’s my first mission: scour the streets for the perfect gift for mom.
Mother’s Day isn’t just about honoring our biological mothers (although Mom… you’re a hero!); it’s also about celebrating all the women that make us who we are. So here’s to your grandma, your stepmom, your best friend’s aunt. We can’t do it without y’all. Take a sec to acknowledge the supportive women in your life and then maybe consider getting them one of these really cool gifts.
Items featured in the Women of Cincy Gift Guide are either made or sold by local, women-owned and -operated businesses. Because, simply put, we believe that where you spend your dollar matters. By being more intentional with where we put our hard-earned cash, we can both support and celebrate the women bringing us the goods, building up communities, and making Cincinnati a great place to call home.
